Home improvement case study

Damian & Maree’s rendered brick home was in need of some repairs and
repainting. After obtaining 3 quotes they decided to engage White Rose
Painting due to the detailed specification and scope of works we provided
them in our quotation.

Access one was first in on this project to erect fixed scaffolding to provide safe access for the painting team to all high-level areas. Once the scaffolding was up and tagged as safe to use, our team started work. First things first is a full wash of the entire property to remove all surface contaminants. Once clean, we remove all loose/flaking paint using hand tools, filled holes as necessary and repaired cracks with an appropriate crack filler. Once prepared we primed all bare areas with Resene Sureseal, before applying two full coats of Resene X-200 Weathertight Membrane coating. This product ensures that the house will be protected from the New Zealand weather for years to come!
