We cleaned, prepared and painted the exterior of this 30 unit
commercial complex in Penrose. This included all roller doors, walls and
canopies. We used diesel powered scissor lifts to access high-level areas.

Altura Coffee brought us in to prepare and paint their
customer toilets and corridors at their main cafe/head office in Rosedale.
This included all walls, window surrounds, door and door frames. The work
was all completed within one weekend meaning minimum disruption for the
Customer!

Full cleaning, preparation and painting of the church
including all roofs. This project presented a lot of access challenges. We
planned the job meticulously and completed it in 3 stages, altering the
scaffolding each time to provide safe access to the building for our
painters during every stage of the job.

We were engaged to carry out the full interior repainting of
the much-loved Coatesville market venue – Coatesville Settlers Hall. This
project required a lot of preparation before we commenced painting but the
end results were well worth it!

On this job we fully prepared and repainted the exterior of the house, and repainted the majority of the interior. Our scope of work included staining of the garage door with a Sikkens system as well as some
timber repairs to the exterior windows before painting. The new colour scheme really modernised the property and the customer was delighted with the outcome

All of these houses have been between only 7-10 years old when we painted them, but unfortunately due to bad building/painting practices when the houses were built the paint work is already failing badly. After cleaning and thorough preparation we are applying a full specialist primer coat to ensure the new paint system lasts the expected coatings life cycle!
